Why SHAMPOO exists
Memory should outlive the chat.
A model holds only what fits in front of it. A chat is a transcript, not a record. An agent run begins blank. SHAMPOO exists so that working knowledge (what was learned, what was tried, what was agreed and why) survives the end of the conversation and is there for whoever or whatever picks the work up next.
It is not merely a database, a memory server or a task manager, though it contains all three as parts. Memory, tasks, sessions, context preparation, reflection, structured debate, quorum, jobs and lanes, human clarification and diagnostics are one platform with one set of boundaries.
AKADATA LIMITED is Anti-SaaS: the complete software is provided rather than deliberately crippled software, and the licence defines the rights under which it may be used. Runtime software never depends on activation, phone-home, telemetry or a continuing subscription.

Humans in the record
People answer, agree, approve and review inside the platform, and those actions are stored alongside the work, not lost in a thread.
No crippleware, no DRM
Any administrator with sufficient access can eventually defeat local restrictions, so SHAMPOO does not punish honest users with activation systems. The licence grants rights; the software does not police its owner.
