Purpose
Catch-up feed: ledger events since a timestamp, session or cursor.
Arguments
Optional: actor, cursor, kinds, limit, since, since_ts.

actor. Note: self or credential id filter. -
cursor. Note: Opaque cursor string from a previous call. -
kinds. Note: Aggregate kinds to include. -
limit. Note: Max events (1-200, default 50). -
since. Note: Anchor event id. -
since_ts. Note: ISO instant anchor.
Result
JSON object with events array, count and next cursor.
Boundaries
Project-scoped reads; foreign projects read empty. Import writes only in-scope rows, skipping others with counts.
Lifecycle / side effects
Read-only feed/export. Import merges idempotently in one transaction.
Errors
Bad types/anchors/envelopes rejected. Failures move nothing (atomic).
