Purpose
List own deliberations, recency order.
Arguments
Optional: limit, project, status.

limit. Note: Max rows (1-200, default 50). -
project. Note: Optional project filter. -
status. Note: Optional open|settled|archived filter.
Result
JSON object with deliberations array.
Boundaries
Thinker-private: owner credential only, no star bypass. Misses and foreign rows read as not found.
Lifecycle / side effects
Open -> settled (+optional outcome) -> archived; lifecycle only, never physical DELETE.
Errors
Bad ids/transitions rejected. Failures move nothing (atomic).
